By playing any game published by Amara Games you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Games are provided "as is". They are free to download and play, supported by advertising, and some of them offer optional in-game purchases (see section 4). We may update or adjust any game at any time. If a game has to be shut down entirely, section 7 applies.
Some games offer optional paid content — items, bundles, or removal of ads. Core gameplay stays fully playable without spending anything.
Prices and exactly what a purchase includes are shown before you pay. Payment is handled by the payment channel of the platform you play on (for example WeChat Pay, Douyin Pay, or a platform account balance). We never receive or store your card number or payment credentials. Purchased content is delivered to your game progress immediately after successful payment; if something has not arrived within 24 hours, contact us with your order number.
Where you buy through a third-party platform, that platform's own payment and refund terms apply alongside these terms.
Virtual items are digital goods delivered instantly, so once delivered they are generally not refundable. The following are exceptions, and we will review them on request:
Please contact us within 7 days of noticing the problem, with your order number and the time of purchase. For purchases made through a third-party platform, refunds normally have to be requested through that platform's own process.
On platforms that operate real-name verification, we apply the spending limits required by the Chinese regulator for minors (amounts in RMB):
Age is determined by the platform's account system, not by us. Where playtime restrictions for minors are required, they are enforced by the platform's own system. If you are a parent or guardian and find a purchase made without your consent, contact us with the order number and proof of relationship; we will investigate and refund where the case qualifies.
In-game currencies and items are a licence we grant you to use inside the game. They are not your property, have no real-world monetary value, and cannot be cashed out, transferred, or traded outside the game.
We may rebalance what items do or how they are obtained. Where paid items are affected, we will prefer compensating you over simply reducing what you bought.
If we shut a game down, we will announce it in advance, stop selling paid content first, and refund or provide equivalent compensation for paid content you have bought but not yet used.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amara Games is not liable for data loss (including local save data), indirect damages, or issues caused by third-party platforms hosting the games.

通过第三方平台购买时,该平台自身的支付与退款条款与本协议同时适用。
虚拟道具属于即时交付的数字商品,一经发放原则上不予退款。以下情形属于例外,可向我们申请核查:
请在发现问题后 7 日内联系我们,并提供订单号与购买时间。通过第三方平台购买的,退款一般需按该平台自身流程申请。
在实施实名认证的平台上,我们按主管部门对未成年人游戏付费的要求执行限额(金额均为人民币):
年龄由平台账号体系判定,不由我们判定。未成年人的游戏时段与时长限制,在有此要求的平台上由平台防沉迷系统执行。若你是监护人并发现未经同意的充值,请带上订单号与关系证明联系我们,我们会核查并对符合条件的情形退款。
游戏内货币与道具是我们授予你在游戏内使用的许可,不构成你的财产,不具有现实货币价值,不可兑现、转让或在游戏外交易。
我们可能调整道具的效果与获取方式。涉及已购买的付费道具时,我们会优先采用补偿方式,而不是直接削弱你买到的东西。
如某款游戏终止运营,我们会提前公告,先停止售卖付费内容,并对你已购买但尚未使用的付费内容提供退款或等价补偿。
在法律允许的最大范围内,我们不对数据丢失(含本地存档)、间接损失或第三方平台原因导致的问题承担责任。
