1. Who we are

Amara Games is an independent game studio publishing browser games. Contact: support@amara.show.

2. What we collect

Anonymous gameplay statistics: session events such as game start, level progress, feature usage, session length, and an anonymous randomly-generated player ID stored locally on your device. This ID is not linked to your real identity.
Technical data: browser type, device category, language, and country-level region, used for compatibility and localization.
Purchase records: if you buy paid content, we receive the order number, what was bought, the amount, and the time. We use these to deliver the purchase, reconcile accounts, and answer support requests. Your card number and payment credentials are handled by the payment channel and never reach us.
We do NOT collect: your name, email, contacts, or precise location. Our games need no account with us. When you play on a hosting platform, that platform may pass us an in-platform user identifier (such as a WeChat openid) so we can deliver purchases and sync progress; that identifier carries no name or phone number.

3. Advertising and purchases

Our games are supported by advertising (rewarded video and interstitial) and by optional in-game purchases. Ads are served by the advertising SDK of the platform hosting the game (e.g. CrazyGames, Poki, Yandex Games, WeChat Mini Game ad network). These platforms may process ad identifiers under their own privacy policies, and where required they will ask for your consent. We do not run our own ad tracking.

4. Saved games

Game progress is stored locally on your device (browser storage) and, on some platforms, in the platform's cloud save. Deleting browser data clears local progress.

5. Analytics and data sharing

Anonymous gameplay statistics are sent to our own server, used solely to improve game balance and stability. Where you make a purchase, order information is exchanged with the payment channel of the platform you play on, solely to complete and reconcile that transaction. We do not sell data, and we do not share it with any other third party.

6. Children and minors

Our games are intended for a general audience and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. On platforms that operate real-name verification, spending by minors is capped and playtime is restricted by the platform's own system — the limits are listed in our Terms of Service. If you are a parent or guardian and want a purchase reviewed, email us with the order number. Ad content on hosting platforms is subject to those platforms' family policies.

7. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

What we hold is anonymous gameplay statistics plus purchase records keyed to an order number rather than to your identity, so most rights are satisfied by design. Purchase records are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require. You may contact us at support@amara.show to ask questions, request deletion of anonymous data associated with a player ID you provide, or lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

We may update this policy as our games evolve. The latest version always lives at this URL with the date above.

我们不收集:姓名、邮箱、通讯录与精确位置。游戏无需在我们这里注册账号。在平台上游玩时,平台可能向我们提供一个平台内的用户标识(如微信 openid),用于发放购买内容与同步进度,该标识不含你的姓名或手机号。

3. 广告与内购

游戏依靠广告(激励视频与插屏)与可选内购维持运营。广告由承载平台的广告系统提供(如 CrazyGames、微信小游戏广告组件等),其对广告标识符的处理遵循平台自身的隐私政策,需要授权时平台会向你征求同意。我们自身不做广告追踪。

4. 游戏存档

进度保存在你设备的浏览器存储中,部分平台另有平台云存档。清除浏览器数据会清除本地进度。

5. 数据分析与共享

匿名统计数据发送至我们自己的服务器,仅用于改进游戏平衡与稳定性。发生购买时,订单信息会与你所在平台的支付渠道交互,仅用于完成该笔交易与对账。我们不出售数据,也不与其他第三方共享。

6. 儿童与未成年人

游戏面向普通受众,我们不会有意收集儿童个人信息。在实施实名认证的平台上,未成年人的充值受限额约束、游戏时段与时长由平台防沉迷系统限制,具体限额见用户协议。若你是监护人并希望核查某笔充值,请带上订单号邮件联系我们。平台广告内容受各平台家庭政策约束。

7. 你的权利

我们持有的是匿名游戏统计,以及以订单号而非你的身份为索引的购买记录,因此多数隐私权利已通过设计满足。购买记录会按会计与税务规定要求的期限保留。你仍可邮件联系我们咨询、要求删除你提供的玩家 ID 对应的匿名数据,或向当地监管机构投诉。

政策可能随游戏演进更新,最新版本始终发布于本页面,以顶部日期为准。
